When spam is distributed regarding one of our client they are liable to incur expenses resulting from spam generated mail. If you are found to have participated in the distribution of material resulting in such expenses, these costs will be deducted from your account. Should such expenses exceed the total funds in your account we reserve the right to investigate other alternative means for obtaining payment including legal action.
